Cecil Rhodes was born in San Jose, CA. He moved to Texas at an early age, went to training at TSTI in Waco, TX. He started working as a mechanic in 1984 and worked on various aircraft since then, from the B707 to the Cessna O-2 today.
Cecil is now working full time for Professor Saric at the Flight Research Laboratory's Easterwood hangar.
